Mahalo is the Hawaiian word for gratitude. Literally translated it means, "May you be in divine breath". It is held to be a sacred word, a blessing to be used with positive intention. As I searched for a name to represent myself and this naturopathic centre, this word rooted in my heart. The depth and beauty of "mahalo" perfectly captures the gratitude I feel for the opportunity to work with others and help support them on their healing journeys.

The creation of the Mahalo Naturopathic Centre has been, at its core, a labour of love. My vision for this centre is to create a space that is open to all people and offers hope, inspiration and guidance towards a place of healing. We honour the innate healing ability within each of us and draw on the wisdom of nature for support.
